Cycling
What are the details?
Cycling helps to tone and strengthen your leg, hip, rear and thigh muscles, gradually. It is fairly low impact on joints, and helps you to burn excess calories and builds stamina. It also improves and overall balance and co-ordination and reduces the risks of coronary heart disease and stress.
You can undertake it at your pace and skill level, and once you've got a bike its free to when you want! The local support to help people with health barriers or disability to access cycling is growing.
