What are the details?
Hockey really tests your concentration and fine tunes your hand- eye co-ordination and helps you develop skills to help improve your balance. When played with others, it can give your whole body a good workout. If you are a wheelchair user, look out for the up and coming sport of Zone Hockey. This is highly energetic and challenging, so it maybe worth contacting your nearest Hockey club to galvanise a new group.
